PORTLAND, Ore.- Zoobomb's annual fesitval of glory and fun once again drew great crowds spectators, entertainment, not to mention balmy February weather.

Sunday, spectators as from California to Canada, Seattle and Eugene competed in Olympic Segment of the four-day event. Competitions included bike limbo, bike derby, monkey-chicken, deth race 2000, and the blind race.

The Sprockettes ladies mini-bike dance team entertained the crowd. Cupcake once again threw out his challenge. That is, taking a dip with a bike in the Wilamette River. Is it a toxic bath? Perhaps. It was definitely free fun

PORTLAND, Ore.- Hey, get ready for the Fifth Mini-Bike Winter Olympics with an interview and footage from last year.

Here is a ride along with Pedal Revolutionary DJ and Hostess, Ifny Lachance, followed by some footage of her competing for the honor or Team Canada and love of Cascadia.

Team Canada is coming back and so is all the free fun you could ever want in a weekend. Mark Feb 13-18 on this years calendar for the Mini-Bike Winter Olympics!

PORTLAND, Ore - It was cold and snowing but the streets were just wet. It was my first ride on 16" wheels and though I've always loved zoobombing now I finally get it.

The camera was a secondary, perhaps tertiary (there's a fancy word for ya), consideration as I'm sure you can tell by the sickmaking video-- but perhaps it caputures the feel.

At the end of the video is a promo for Mini-Bike Winter #5. Dude, you gotsta, gotsta go.

Oh, in case you heard the Portland bicycle economy story on American Public Media's, Market Place, or Oregon Public Broadcasting, you can briefly see reporter, Ethan Lindsey, towards the end of the bombing run. A fine fellow he is.
