Description Portland, Oregon – The 2010 River City Bicycles Cross Crusade broke another attendance record last Sunday at Alpenrose dairy. 1506 participants were treated to mild weather a different course than previous years. Chris Sheppard took first place and a $200 prize and so did Sue Butler.
