Going on a Naked Bike Ride
Portland, Ore. --- Hundreds of cyclists going as bare as they dared swarmed the streets of Portland June 10 for the largest naked bike ride in north America. As many as 500 nude or nearly nude cyclists rode for two and a half hours circling downtown to the cheers and jeers of spectators, motorists, and passersby. This year also marked the debut of Portland's first daytime naked bike ride, which culminated in a group photo shot in the lovely Ladd's Addition rose garden. Warning: This video contains nudity.

As far as Argentina goes, it seems that there is no organized ride and the Southern Hemishpere ride took place in March. Link here for more information on organizing a ride.

I live in Albany and my mom just got back from from Portland. She told a strange story of nude bicyclist suddenly coming around the corner of the street. My google search found this 2006 video. I'll be checking to see last nights ride (2007). Looks like a very liberating experience.
